Cultural Connections and Community Values
We honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and embrace Aotearoa New Zealand's bicultural heritage. We weave te reo Māori, tikanga Māori, and Māori perspectives into our everyday learning experiences, helping tamariki develop respect for the cultures of Aotearoa.
As a community, we celebrate the languages, cultures, and identities of all tamariki and whānau, ensuring everyone feels welcomed, respected, and valued. Through meaningful relationships, cultural celebrations, storytelling, waiata, and shared learning experiences, we create opportunities for children to develop a strong sense of identity, belonging, and connection to their community.
